Sharing The Om I Received Today

Moment By Moment

We can avoid becoming mired in our mixed emotional reactions to the possibilities before us by concentrating wholeheartedly on those pragmatic activities that enable us to come closer to realizing our dreams. Our attention thus fixed in the present moment, we abandon our misgivings in favor of practical patterns of thought that revolve around the task at hand. Since we are focused on the realities of the present rather than the nebulous potential of an uncertain future, our emotional state remains balanced. We need not concerned ourselves with probabilities because we believe strongly in our ability to accomplish the duties we are responsible for in the present. Your ability to concentrate today on the objectives before you will ensure that you are never disheartened by pessimistic thoughts or feelings of anxiety.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
